Warszawa 19115, the city information service, lists separate traffic and delivery rules for the Old Town, New Town and Castle Square zones.
If your venue is in one of these zones, ask the coordinator to confirm the service entrance and unloading arrangements. Permitted delivery times may differ from the reception schedule.

The Warsaw Tourism Organization describes Forteca Kręgliccy on Zakroczymska Street as having a round central hall, surrounding rooms and basement rooms.
In a venue with several rooms, the bar needs a clear place for guests to gather without blocking the routes between them. Delivery arrangements should also be confirmed for the exact address.
If the reception uses several rooms, where would guests gather for cocktails?
We served cocktails at a corporate event in Warsaw.
