Questions about your wedding bar
It’s fine if you’re still making plans. We can start with the details you have.
How much does a wedding cocktail bar cost?
The price depends on your guest numbers, venue, bar opening hours and menu. Once we know the date, location and roughly how many people are coming, we can prepare a quote.
What do you bring with you?
The mobile bar, equipment, glassware, ice, fruit and garnishes. Our bartenders prepare cocktails and look after your guests. We choose the look of the bar and the menu together.
Who supplies the alcohol?
Your quote will explain who supplies the alcohol and who buys what, before you sign the contract.
Do you make alcohol-free cocktails?
Yes. We’ll include them when choosing the menu with you, with the same care over flavour, glassware and garnishes as the other cocktails.
How long does the bar stay open?
We’ll agree the bar opening hours with you before the reception and include them in your quote.
Can we plan the bar by phone or email?
Yes. We’ll talk about the drinks you like, your guests and the wedding plans by phone or email. We can choose the menu and the look of the bar together. Your quote will confirm the alcohol, bar opening hours and travel arrangements.
Does the venue need to have its own bar?
No — we bring a mobile bar. We’ll agree where to set it up at your chosen venue.
Do you travel throughout Poland?
Yes, we serve weddings throughout Poland. Once we have your date and venue address, we’ll check availability and include travel in your quote.

Planning bar service by Lake Roś
Send deliveries to the right building
Hotel Joseph Conrad’s banquet room is in a separate building from the hotel.
Our setup plan needs the entrance to the reception room. The address for hotel check-in may lead to a different building.
Which entrance should we use for the reception room?
Who at the venue can confirm where and when we can unload?
Planning drinks for the next day
Joseph Conrad suggests brunch, a picnic, or a barbecue or bonfire by the lake for the gathering after the wedding.
Let us know what you’ve chosen and which drinks the venue provides. We can quote for a bar on the second day too.
Will you gather indoors or by the lake the next day?
Would you like a cocktail bar for that gathering too?
