Meet Ola and Przemek
We’re Ola and Przemek, and we run Przystanek Bar together. We’ll talk through your wedding plans with you and answer your questions about the bar.
We can discuss your favourite drinks, choose the bar and go through the reception plans by phone or email. Before you sign a contract, your quote will explain what’s included, who supplies the alcohol and the travel arrangements.

Your date, venue and an estimate of guest numbers are enough to get started.
We’ll talk about the drinks you like, choose the bar with you and put together a quote.

The price depends on your guest numbers, venue, bar opening hours and menu. Once we know the date, location and roughly how many people are coming, we can prepare a quote.
The mobile bar, equipment, glassware, ice, fruit and garnishes. Our bartenders prepare cocktails and look after your guests. We choose the look of the bar and the menu together.
Your quote will explain who supplies the alcohol and who buys what, before you sign the contract.
Yes. We’ll include them when choosing the menu with you, with the same care over flavour, glassware and garnishes as the other cocktails.

Hotel Traugutta 3 gives different capacities for round and rectangular table layouts and describes separate dining and dancing areas.
Once the tables are planned, choose a bar position that leaves clear routes to the dance floor and space for waiting staff to work.

Traugutta 3’s wedding offer lists extra guest parking about 350 metres from the hotel.
Equipment may need a different entrance. Before we arrive, we’ll check the unloading point and route to the room with the venue.
