We bring a mobile bar and bartenders to make cocktails for your guests. Before the wedding, we’ll choose the menu and bar together and agree on the opening hours. We travel throughout Poland.
What does a mobile cocktail bar include?
We bring a classic or rustic bar, glassware, ice, fruit and garnishes, then make cocktails from your chosen menu and help guests find a drink they’ll enjoy.
You book the bar and bartenders together. Tell us what you’d like on the menu, and we’ll help with the recipes, how the drinks are served and the practical details.

A menu for you and your guests

Do you prefer fruity or dry cocktails? Favourites you know, or something from our own recipes? We’ll choose the menu with you before the wedding, including alcohol-free drinks, and take care of the glasses and garnishes. We can discuss it by phone or email, without a visit to our office.

Bartenders during the reception

We welcome guests at the bar, ask what they like and make each cocktail to order. The number of bartenders depends on your guest numbers and bar opening hours. We set up before the reception and keep the bar tidy as we work.

Who buys what?

Before you sign the contract, we’ll confirm who supplies the alcohol and other ingredients, and how we’ll keep glasses in circulation. If you’re doing the shopping, we’ll work out the list and quantities together. Your quote will make clear what’s included.

A place for the bar

The bar can go inside the venue or in an agreed spot outdoors. With you and the venue, we’ll check where it fits, how and when we can bring in the equipment, and what preparation space and utility connections we need. If it’s outside, we’ll also plan for a change in the weather.

Your wedding quote

Your wedding date, venue address and approximate guest numbers give us what we need to prepare a quote. It will cover the menu, bar opening hours, alcohol and travel. Coffee or a bartending show can be added separately.

We’re Ola and Przemek, a married couple running Przystanek Bar with our team. Before we meet at your wedding, we’ll talk about your guests, the drinks you like and your plans for the evening.

Are bartenders included in the cocktail bar service?
Yes, bartenders are included with the mobile bar. The number of bartenders depends on your guest numbers, menu and bar opening hours.
Is alcohol always included in the price?
Your quote will explain who supplies the alcohol and other ingredients. If you’re buying some of them yourselves, we’ll work out the shopping list with you.
Do you make alcohol-free cocktails?
Yes. We include them in the agreed menu, with the same attention to flavour, glassware and garnishes as the other cocktails.
How much does a wedding cocktail bar cost?
The price depends on the date, venue, number of guests, menu and bar opening hours. With those details, we can prepare a quote that explains what’s included and covers travel.
Can we choose the look of the bar?
Yes. We have classic and rustic bars, and we’ll help you choose one that suits your reception and the space at your venue.
Do we have to book a bartending show?
No, it’s an optional extra. If you’d like a show, we’ll agree on the format and timing with you and check the technical requirements with your venue.
Do you travel throughout Poland?
Yes. With your date and venue address, we can check availability and travel arrangements. We can plan the menu and bar by phone or email.
