From a trade stand to an evening with clients, the bar should suit the occasion. Here are three ways we can help.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

We bring the bar
and look after your guests.

We bring the bar and equipment, make the drinks and serve your guests. The menu and everything included in your booking are agreed with you beforehand.

A menu for your guests

Coffee for the meetings, cocktails for the evening and alcohol-free options too. We’ll help you choose drinks that suit the occasion and the people coming.

The bar, equipment and team

Your quote lists the equipment, the number of staff and the hours they’ll work. We’ll also agree who buys the supplies and how we’ll get everything to the venue.

Friendly service at the bar

We help guests choose a drink, make it for them and keep the bar tidy. We’re happy to chat about the ingredients and flavours too.

PRZYSTANEK BAR SINCE 2010Meet Ola and Przemek.

Przemek honed his skills at flair competitions in Poland and abroad. Ola built on her coffee skills through training. These days, they and their team run bars, serve coffee and lead workshops.

    A brief description of the event and your guests is a good starting point. A date and venue help too, if you know them.

  2. Planning together

    We’ll work out the menu, services, equipment and hours with you, then check what the venue needs.

  3. Your quote and booking details

    We’ll confirm what the price includes, who buys the supplies and how we’ll get to the venue.

  4. On the day

    We set up the bar and serve your guests during the hours we’ve agreed.

We’ll talk about your guests and the occasion, help you choose coffee, workshops or cocktails, and agree what our team will take care of.

Coordinating for a client

We’ll work from your event programme and the plans agreed with your client. That includes equipment, setup, bar hours and who our team should contact on the day.

What happens after we send an enquiry?

We’ll check availability and send a quote explaining what’s included. If we need a few more details, we’ll ask. Your enquiry doesn’t reserve the date or commit you to booking.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the bar or activity you choose, the location, date, hours, guest count and menu. For trade shows, we also factor in the number of days and the stand’s opening hours. Your quote sets out the staff, supplies and travel arrangements.

Can we combine coffee, cocktails and workshops?

Yes. We’ll work out the order, timings and team needed for the services you choose. There’s no need to pick a fixed package or have every detail decided before we talk.

Do you prepare alcohol-free drinks?

Yes, we make alcohol-free cocktails, coffee, tea and lemonade. We’ll ask what your guests enjoy and suggest drinks to suit the event.

Do you cover our area?

Anywhere in Poland. Once we know the town or venue, we can check availability and work out the travel. You can also get in touch before choosing a location.

Do we need to have a date and venue booked?

No. An outline of your plans is enough to start. The venue, date and number of guests can follow later.
