Before you book.
What happens after we send a message?
We’ll check the date, then talk about your guests and what you have in mind. We’ll agree the menu, service and travel before sending a quote. If you’d prefer a call, let us know when would suit you.
What if we haven’t decided on all the details?
That’s fine. A rough guest count and a town or city are enough to start. We can work out the rest with you.
How do we confirm the booking?
Once you’re happy with the offer, we confirm the date and terms in a contract. Before the event, we’ll agree the timings, who buys the supplies and how we’ll get into the venue. On the day, we bring the equipment and take care of the service you’ve booked.
Do you travel across Poland?
Yes. We work at weddings, company events and private parties across Poland. With the town and date, we can check whether our team is available and work out the travel.
