Running Przystanek Bar together
Przemek built Przystanek Bar around his passion for bartending. He worked in hospitality, kept learning and competed in flair competitions in Poland and abroad.
Ola joined the business later, bringing her love of coffee and Italian cocktails. We now run it together. We’re married ourselves, so we know how much care goes into planning a wedding.
We want you to feel at ease at our bar.

I’ve worked in hospitality since I was 17. I gained experience in bars, through training and at bartending competitions in Poland and abroad.
I enjoy performing for an audience and sharing what I’ve learnt about flair. Talking to guests at the bar is just as important to me.

Ola · coffee and cocktails
I love coffee and have taken courses with Agnieszka Rojewska as part of my training. I’m also a bartender, and I run Przystanek Bar with Przemek.
My favourite cocktail? Aperol Spritz. I fell in love with it while travelling in Italy.

Yes, we travel throughout Poland. We’ll put together a quote for your event that covers the service and travel to your venue.
